Dominion Energy and its Prime Subcontractor NORESCO Awarded UESC Contract for Energy Upgrades at FBI Quantico Complex

Dominion Energy, in partnership with its subcontractor, NORESCO, has been awarded a $104 million contract to install and support important energy resilience upgrades at the FBI Quantico Complex in Virginia.  

Structured through a utility energy service contract (UESC), the project includes comprehensive chiller plant upgrades and modernization of on-site backup generation. It was developed on an accelerated timeline to align with FBI goals, and construction is expected to be completed in 2028. Dominion Energy and NORESCO will also provide maintenance and repair services during the 20-year performance term.
