Utility Energy Service Contract
Partnering to achieve energy and resiliency goals
Seeking to upgrade infrastructure while improving energy resilience and reliability? NORESCO’s utility energy service contract (UESC) solutions help federal agencies fund services that increase energy and water efficiency, stabilize the grid, and reduce energy demand.
What is UESC?

The federal agency contracts with a serving gas, electric or water utility. NORESCO, in partnership with the utility, provides a turnkey project, including development, implementation, financing, and performance assurance. NORESCO currently partners with 14 utilities across the country through established UESC master agreements to support the utility’s federal customers.
