Senior Vice President, Construction
Mr. Carleton has more than 35 years of experience in the construction of energy savings performance-based projects totaling more than $1 billion. He joined NORESCO in 1994 and has served as Senior Vice President since 2014. He oversees the construction of the company’s projects with federal, state, municipal, and private sector customers.
Mr. Carleton directs a team of construction project managers across the United States and works closely with NORESCO’s engineers to develop suitable and sustainable energy conservation projects for our customers. He is responsible for the review of technical applications, construction constraints, contractual compliance, project management, scheduling, project start-up, construction progress, and financial planning.
Mr. Carleton earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology at the University of Maine and holds a General Contractor’s License valid in 10 states.
