Management Team
NORESCO executives offer solid leadership, extensive technical expertise
and hands-on energy infrastructure design/build and asset management experience.
Many have helped to guide the energy services industry since its inception
in the early 1980s.
Neil Petchers, President
As President of NORESCO, Mr. Petchers has full responsibility for
the management and performance of the Company. Concurrent to his role
as President, Mr. Petchers maintains front-line responsibility for
the federal related PC business, where he has directed project development
initiatives that have resulted in more than $1 billion in federal
government fixed and IDIQ ESPC contract awards and several hundred
million in executed construction work. Mr. Petchers has extensive
industry-related experience, having previously held several management
positions in the utility industry and engineering and design-build
contracting businesses. Mr. Petchers has previously served as Executive
Vice President of NORESCO and as General Manager in charge of ERI
Services, an energy services company in the Equitable family that
was merged with NORESCO. Mr. Petchers is a respected expert in the
energy efficiency industry and is author of Combined Heating, Cooling
and Power Handbook. Mr. Petchers holds a BA with distinction in Political
Science from Brandeis University and an MS in Energy Management from
New York Institute of Technology, where he was the recipient of the
School of Management's "Energy and Environment Award" for
Outstanding Academic Achievement in Graduate Studies in Energy Management.

David G. Mannherz, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President
Mr. Mannherz has been with NORESCO for 13 years, serving as CFO for the past
two years. He is responsible for all financial, accounting, information
technology, legal, human resources, and general administrative functions for
the organization.. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Mr. Mannherz served as EVP
in charge of finance, accounting, information technology, while maintaining
front-line responsibility for the management of performance contracting within
the state and local government, correctional, K-12 public schools and higher
education markets, and the facility services group.
Mr. Mannherz has held management positions at Johnson Controls and ABB and was
Vice President of Sales and Marketing and a managing partner of Scallop Thermal
Management, prior to its acquisition by Equitable Resources, Inc. in 1997 and
merger into NORESCO. He is recognized
for his substantial energy industry experience servicing federal government,
municipal and institutional clients, having financed more than $1 billion in
energy projects.
Mr. Mannherz holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh
University, Pennsylvania and an
MBA in Finance from Columbia
University, New York.

Paul F. Pimentel, P.E., Senior Vice President,
Engineering
Mr. Paul F. Pimentel, P.E., is Senior Vice President of Engineering
with NORESCO. Mr. Pimentel is responsible for all project engineering
development, design and performance verification as a part of the
federal performance contracting and ESPCs. He is a nationally recognized
authority in the field of integrated energy and water use efficiency.
As a mechanical engineer with 40 years of industry experience, he
has supervised large-scale industrial production facilities, designed
numerous water and energy system improvements and developed technical
training courses. His accomplishments have earned him regular invitations
to speak at major conferences, including those sponsored by the American
Water Works Association, the U.S. EPA, and the California Department
of Water Resources. Mr. Pimentel is the former President of the New
England Chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), and
is a registered Professional Engineer in MA, CA, RI, NY, VA and the
U.S. Virgin Islands. Mr. Pimentel holds a BS in Engineering and Applied
Physics from Harvard University.
