The County of LA, with an operating budget of $14 billion and 2000+ municipal buildings, needed to have a comprehensive program to reduce energy costs.

Solution: NORESCO implemented lighting efficiency upgrades, new chillers, variable speed drives, ventilation improvements, and energy management systems to 115 buildings. This is just the beginning of a comprehensive program that the County intends to implement over the next several years. This program will improve comfort levels, upgrade mechanical and electrical systems, and reduce energy consumption.
