Annual Energy Savings: Savings Exceed $300,000

Twelve school district facilities were in need of an innovative approach to reduce energy consumption and make energy savings a reality. Improvements had to be made without spending money set aside to educate children, going to public vote, or increasing taxes.

Solution: NORESCO invested $2.5 million to make Webster school buildings more efficient. Upgrades included sophisticated energy-management systems, room occupancy sensors, HVAC, hot water heaters, and high-efficiency lighting.
